2000 sqft residential refurbishment of a Grade II listed Regency terrance house. The maisonette flat over Upper and Lower Ground floors required a complete redeisgn of the interior spaces. The proposal sought to bring natural daylight into the heart of the deep interior of the flat with the use of a double volume, central dining/living space.
