Fit-out of a boutique retail unit in Holborn. The shop, which required significant rationalising, occupied the ground and basement level. It wasdesigned to be used forboth retail activity and artists studio/workshop. The proposal incorporatd bespoke glass island shelving units on ground, and built- in shelving units and storage room on the basement level.
