We strive to unlock the full potential of spaces, transforming outdated properties to modern and contemporary spaces for modern life. Sometimes this requires the complete remodelling of an internal space to allow flow and natural light to flood the interior.

This project in Mildmay Park in Islington is a good example of the transformation of a bland top floor flat into a light, bright and uplifting space. This upgrade increased its rental yield by over 50%, as well as providing some additional space in a previously unusable loft space.
